Our policy lasts for 60 days from receipt of purchase. After this time we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we have received the item, you will be notified by email. The item will be inspected and you will be notified by email if the item is eligible for return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and your original method of payment will be credited within 7 working days. If you have not received your refund please contact your bank or credit card company as it can take some time to process. As our products are all hand produced, they are subject to a rigorous quality assurance check. However, if your product is damaged or defective, it will be eligible for an exchange.

We accept returns on all sale items but you will need to cover the cost to return the item (UK delivery for x1 jean = £4.40)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (UK delivery for x1 jean = £4.40). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please use a posting service that can be tracked.
